Life force and energy eating diets such as the Ayurveda Diet, the Daniel Diet, the Yin & Yang and the Alkalinizing Raw Food healing system have been derived from culture, religion and beliefs. Each of these nutritional systems offers a unique perspective on nutrition and health. These nutritional systems have a common thread; unprocessed foods from nature. The Wholeness coaching program incorporates many of these philosophies in a simple and easy to follow system.
Eating healthy does not need to be complicated. Nutrition is simple and natural once you understand the basics. Within each of our bodies there is an orchestra of energy systems and communications systems working together to heal and maintain the body and mind. These autonomic systems are completely capable of protecting and healing the body if they are supplied with the necessary raw materials and not hampered by toxins. The Path To Perfect Health food charts are created to support this process for each blood type.
By following your food chart:
- It is scientifically impossible to trigger a food allergy.
- Your digestions system will work smoothly and effortlessly avoiding the usual digestion issues. Such as: food intolerance, IBS, constipation, heartburn and acid reflux.
- The pH of your blood and body fluids will return to the healing state of 7.3 pH.
Basic Components of Nutrition
Nutrition is the most basic factor that affects our vital-energy level. Fuel value should always be the foremost factor in determining the nutritional value of any food. The ideal percentage of each of the five essentials in food as required by the human body is as follows:
- glucose 90% (everything breaks down to glucose)
- amino acids 4%-5%
- minerals 3%-4%
- fatty acids 1% and vitamins under 1%
Raw Food Diet:
Raw foods provide all that our cells need in the easiest form for absorption. If it is difficult to eat 100% raw foods try eating 80% raw and 20% cooked.
